In addition, they were not reflecting the company’s brand in a cohesive manner. The structure was causing an unfavorable user experience and a potential loss in organic traffic to the main website (Craftsman-book.com). These issues resulted in a continual loss in sales. In addition, the website technology had limitations that made it difficult for their team to communicate with their audience.

We also formulated a solid plan for consolidating their online presence into one main eCommerce website using technology and a structure that meets their business and marketing needs.

We partnered with them guiding their development team through converting their Zen Cart platform into the robust Magento eCommerce solution. We provided all the theme templates they would need to match their brand guidelines along with SEO support to ensure a smooth transition.
